Welcome to the Great Wolf Swim Team Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming swim season! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you to easily sign-up for swim meets and jobs, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.
No money is collected at the time of registration but once you register you will be billed on the first of each month from now until July 2013. If at any time you decide to stop swimming you must contact the team administrator to suspend your account so we may shut off your billing.
All swimmers will be registered with USA Swimming for 2013 which is a $65 fee. This will be collected with your first months bill.
This is a two step registration procedure as follows:
- Step 1: you will register your swimmer for the team and designate which group they will be swimming in by choosing a program level and location (high school swimmer or non-high school swimmer). When it comes time to selecting your group a seperate window will pop up, after selecting the appropriate group for your swimmer scroll all the way down to the bottom of the pop up window and click the button which says "register member to the selected group." Within 24 hours, we will set them up in the system and send you a confirmation email.
- Step 2: Once you receive the confirmation email, you will need to log back into your account and declare which payment method you prefer. In order to cut down on the billing process while keeping the processing fees as low as possible, we are encouraging everyone to sign up for auto pay from a banking account.
